“24 x 7 City, AnVibranCity”, Set in the outskirts of the most busiest IT hubs of Pune – Hinjewadi, South Bank township is spread over 100 Acres in Mahalunge with the advantage of having a picturesque view with mountains in the backgruond and river Mula in the front. Directly connected to IT hub via an existing PMRDA 30m wide bridge, the township is surrounded by developed areas of Aundh, Baner, Balewadi and Ring Road.
The township is broken down in Residential, commercial and mixed use sectors.The urban intervention seeks to revitalize and give value to the connection between these sectors, urban spaces and open green areas, providing meaning and order to its implementation respecting local ways of life and preferences.
