Position:  Sr. Architect

Qualification: M. Arch/ B.Arch

Experience: 5 – 7 years

Must Skills: 

• Excellent designing and visualization Skills
• Excellent CAD skills.
• Proficiency of Tools such as Word, PPT, and Excel
• Experience in the Design development of large scale Residential Projects
• Proficiency in the use of presentation software- Knowledge of Sketchup, Photoshop and or any 3D Modelling tool
• Excellent communication skills – written and spoken English.
• Good in working under pressure.
• Good understanding of on-site issues.
• Experience of working on large to medium size projects

Preferred Skills: 

Good knowhow of bylaws

Position: Road Engineer

Qualification: B.E. (Civil) / ME (Civil) 

Experience: 3 years to 5 years

Must Skills: 

• Designing and development road infrastructures
• Exposure to Township road design
• Experience in handling engineering processes in large scale projects. 
• Experienced in the research of new construction materials. 
• Knowledge of MS Office & other related software. 
• Able to work on deadlines and under pressure.

Preferred Skills: 

Drawing reading, Estimation, Quantity Surveying, Site Supervision
