Project Brief : Vision- “To Develop ABD area as magnet for tourist while conserving the rich heritage of the city. Further, improving the amenities and enhancing the major public spaces to benefit the cross section of society”.
Solapur City Development Corporation Limited, is engaged in the implementation of ABD projects under Smart City Proposal of Solapur. As a part of the smart city proposal, it is proposed to undertake the scope of work in three modules;
- Lake Front Development
- Old City ABD Master Plan
- Streetscape & Public Realm & Open Space
“Public Centric Urbanism”- VKu in collaboration with SGS India & LKS team is involved in design & execution of various Urban scale projects laid down as per the Solapur SCP.
The scope of services includes from conceptualization to stakeholder workshops, design finalization to tender preparation with detailed BOQ & post tender services.
